You can't be responsible for what you don't know, honey. It sounds to me like he got caught between who he wanted to be and who he really is. I've seen it happen over and over. Doesn't mean he's a bad guy, just means he's flawed, and you got nailed by it.

That's very well put. Thank you. You've been really excellent with these little insights from a very uninvolved point of view, and I really appreciate it.

I wish there was some way to just forget all this, take the things I've learned, and move on. Like, NOW.

Who said I said YOU called me a frail little thing? Just because it was your entry, doesn't mean I was responding to something YOU said.

Much of this entry was written in shock and emotion, spewing thoughts forth from my head.

I do appreciate FINALLY hearing his side of things.
