The HMS STFU, having spent the last half-decade chronicling the best, worst and lulziest of Pottershipping, is calling it a day. It was fun while it lasted and thanks to everyone who helped make it so. See you around, I guess.

I'll post this here, because I can't anonymously post on the HMS_STFU and I don't have an account. :(

While I've never been a part of this community, I did love it for its logic and humor. The sporkings were also the best. In fact, it was the Rose Potter sporkings that got me into sporking to begin with.

It really is a shame that it's closing down after so long, but I suppose that's life.

I have to wonder though, if by some miracle there WAS a renewal in Harry Potter wank or some such thing, would the HMS_STFU be reopened? Or are the doors being shut for good, no exceptions?
