I keep forgetting it's 2007. However, my New Year basically sucked. I failed at my attempt to make New Years plans, and ended up staying home watching TV and going on the computer... as I did most of vacation. And when I turned on channel ten too late to see the stupid ball drop (if you look back, I said a year ago in my blog that it was stupid as well), I had to see Carson Daly's face introducing panic at the disco, so I quickly left and came up here. But enough about New Years.
Other stuff at the end of vacation... I had a fun jam with Joe and Derek last weekend. Nothing extraordinary though.
I wasn't too upset that vacation ended. It was good to see all my friends again. All though the usual things in school pissed me off, my math teacher, who became more nazi-ish, and my chem teacher, who handed back a bunch of assignments I have failing grades on, even though I understand the material more than most people and everyone always begs me for help. Grr.
But then, after two days of school, I discover school's canceled for two days as a precaution against the spread of meningitis and encephalitis and stuff. Sweet. So I had a four day weekend. Practically vacation 2. Very nice.
On Thursday, I watched Labyrinth with my sister before she went to Florida with my mom. That movie's awesome. I immediately downloaded the David Bowie soundtrack after watching it.
Last night I went bowling with friends. That was fun of course. And a lot of people from school were there. And for a while these people who were probably drunk in the next alley were talking to me as well. Two guys in that alley bowled at the same time, and the ball hit each other and went into opposite alleys. I clapped, and then they scared the shit out me by bowling behind me in my alley when I was bowling, nearly hitting my foot. Haha. Of course I'm a terrible bowler though. I got a handful of strikes, maybe five or so, but ten times as many gutterballs.
And yeah, now I'm procrastinating on working on my science fair. But I think I'm gonna start in a minute.
