wouldn't it be nice to not plan out your days, and still be happy?

the best days are the ones in which we accomplish the unexpected, even if we don't really accomplish anything at all. waking up in the morning, it's hard to see what the day will hold for you, but you can almost plan it out hour by hour. we're so restricted, so tightly wound up on schedules that sometimes it's difficult for us to live and breathe on our own time.

that's why saturdays are neat.

and for the past week and a half, it's been saturday.

i hate to admit it, but i'm ready for monday. let that not be seen as pessimism, or any desire to leave what so many people desire so strongly. freedom is nice, but a permanent vacation is really hard to do. play becomes work. and we all know it's better when it turns out vice versa.

it's 11:30, and i'm waiting on a phone call. in the meantime, i'm going to play the sims. why? because i'm still a teenager. dammit.
