In perfect harmony.... good morning, everyone.
Slept o-kay last night *grumble grumble*, it was rocky, but I managed it. I am tired right now, so maybe I'll go take a nap. Or, maybe I will take a tub and try to stay awake. People always tell you not to nap during the day if you want to sleep well at night. Pffft! I say.
Drinking some decaf kona, which kind of takes the fun out of it, but it is delicious nonetheless. I need to give my regular kona to my parents, because I'm not supposed to drink caffiene anymore. NOOOOOOOO!!!!! Sorry Kelleen... I really tried and enjoyed it while I could. Dang de dang dang dang.
Well, I found this little gem of coffee haven at a store called Marshall's, which is near me. It sells a lot of designer clothing and items that are on the cheap. I don't know how they do it, but it is very cool. I got my kona (blend... can't have everything) there, and I also scoped out an outrageous white jacket that is mega-cool. It is cotton, and kind of jean-y. It was $40, down from $120. But, alas, I do not have the capital to spend on it, so it will have to go unworn. Well, unless some rich bitch comes along and takes my jacket. *sigh*
Speaking of fashion (this kind of relates), I have been thinking about having gel nails put on. I have had acrylic ones, but I didn't like them. Maybe I need to give them another try. I'm trying to make my fingernails pretty to show off my rings, plus I am on a campaign to be more girly this summer. I'll have to check out the gel faction soon. Again, it all revolves around capital, and upkeep. Hmm... must think about it.
Well, on my journey to girliness, I have bright scarlet toes. Of course, I always have red toenail polish on my toes, but Nathan just did them yesterday, and they are all shiny and bright and pretty. Always feels good to have new toes. I went to K-Mart yesterday and picked up some metallic silver clacks (or flip flops to you non-Whitehouses). They are severely cool. Plus, the day before, I was admiring the same pair on a girl who was standing in line at the Gifford's ice cream stand. I didn't know where she got them, but she just looked cool, you know? Some people just look cool. So, when I saw the exact same pair in KM, well, I was very happy. So now I am cool. Well, my feet, anyway. Still on the quest for girly tops and cutoffs. Standing by, as my dad would say.
Hope everyone is doing well, and drinking their kona (or whatever beverage has the allure of the kona to me).
Gonna go take a tub. Toodles.
*slips out when you are not looking... on her fashionable feet*
