An Interesting event at my job

So I got a call today.  A woman called for the Director and wanted to remail unamimous. He soo doesnt take unknown calls.  I tell her he is not in the office, but if he was he didnt take unknown calls.  She starts to say that she really needed help and had been shuffled around several times.  So I ask if maybe I could help her.  She then proceeds
