In the most behavioral respect, the hard thing to figure out is the goal. Since it's spiritualism-like, their is no such thing as a wrong answer, only a wrong question. And the question is you. Point, I can get whatever I want. If I can't get it, I don't really want it, and that's why I consider society to be deluded. But I want to keep this short ( Read more... )

LoL Yeah, I doubt that you will...It's not that easy to get fried at this place. Abby from the theater works there too. You should look into it. Training a real bitch, but you learn everything you need to know, and once you get out on the floor there's no problem. A lot of people have que cards to help them out, but I don't really need them...And I smoke a lot of weed, so you'd think I'd forget everything.

Hahaha but I do pretty well. There will always be something you don't know about it that might happen to you on a call, but the supervisors are really nice and they'll help you with ANYTHING. I love all the supervisors! There's this one kid named Mark, who looks just like Calan. Which is weird.

And he's the only male supervisor...Next to Sam who is the HR guy, but I've seen him out on the floor supervising before. It's a pretty jolly place, at least I think so. Ryan and I were mischeivious last night, playing with our call buttons and confusing everybody.

Yeah, if someone calls for help and you are bored, you can beep your button and make all sorts of noise. I've noticed whenever I hear one person beeping, like four more go off. LoL There are little things to do there that keep you entertained and you can be mildly bad and nobody really cares.

If you come in 10 minutes early you can leave 10 minutes early. That's always nice, I take advantage of that daily. LoL You get a 15 minute break every two hours...So if you are there for 8 hours or more you get plenty of breaks...Although if you are there for 8 hours or more I'm certain you get an hour lunch break.

Unfortunately you can't leave the property, which sucks...But if you bring something to eat you can eat in the break room and watch the TV. LoL People are always bringing baked goods, too. Yesterday the break room was filled with all sorts of food and pastries...Good stuff, all free.

Can't eat in the relay room, though, but that's okay. I really like my job, I often find myself to be really happy when I'm there...Even if it's slow or boring or busy or prisoners sexually harass me...It's great. LoL Apparently, males get some sexual harassment from the prisoners as well.

Mostly male prisoners call, but there are a few females that call too...And according to Ryan some woman asked him about his dick. LoL Oh god...The worst thing a prisoner has said to me is that I had a sexy voice. Still made me want to die. Ugh...And one guy called and I say my welcome phrase of, "Relay (state) operator XXXX may I have the number you are calling pls?" And he says (this is hearing person), "What kind of cotton panties are you wearing?" I didn't know what to do, so I hung up on him.

I didn't want to bother with a supervisor, I got too freaked out. Then he calls me right back and says, "Come on let me know what color cotton panties you are wearing...Let me jack off to your hair pussy..." I was so freaked out and I just hung up on him again. It was horrible. But, that's really about the most horrible thing that has happened to me. I always hear this old lady, Leslie, getting nasty internet calls...I always hear her saying things like, "Hot cum stains on the bed." Too funny. It really is quite amusing and stress free. Look into it, Jeff!

Plus, you basically get to eves drop into other people's phone calls pretty much...Most people are kind of boring, but there are also some scandelous things that happen...Old people are hilarious, too. They talk about knitting and their pills and shit. Good times.

Yeah keep in mind! Me are hiring all the time...If you were to go in tomorrow for a typing test which is the application pretty much...You would probably get called back with in 3 weeks for sure. It's great. I love my job, and I don't even care about helping the deaf people as much as I enjoy the amusement I get from the whole experience. It's great, or at least I think so. Good times.

Yeah, awesome! All you have to do is beat 55wpm and you're in! It's really easy to beat too...I think I got 69wpm on my first test...Wait, no I got 59 on the first test...Followed by a 69...Then a 71...Now I'm currently at 73. With like a 97.7% accuracy. Woot!

Yeah, you only get better as time goes on...They always say, "Focus on the accuarcy and speed will come with it." Yeah, I think eventually you have to get to a 90wpm. Holy crap that's fast! Ahhh...But yes, that's exciting. Drive East on Montgomery, turn right on Eubank...And it will be on the right...If you miss the first entrance there is a second. A

nd the main office (which is where you need to go) will be on the South side of the building! Good luck, Jeff! I think you will do fine!

Hahaha! Yes! Oh Jeff, you'll have a good time. It's a pretty chill place. Today, Josh wanted me to stay for his family's thanksgiving dinner at 2:00. And I had to be at work by 2:30. So I called in and said I was going to come in at 3:30 and stay until 7:30 instead, and they were okay with it. Nobody cares what you do as long as you tell them about it. YAY! I can't wait to see you in the training room, and on the floor!
