*quick entry*
Zol, one of our members back at tAS made this poem which i happen to love:
In Sanity
All I want is to escape this place
You have to understand that I can't live like this
I need to take a dive into my abyss
Let me light up my angry face.
Here, it's not the same, so let me slip away
Maybe it's just a game but I don't want to play.
I look at them and when they smile
I wan see their fangs waiting to bite
Let me out, you can't keep me here
Even though I have no right left
I'm lost on this Earth, my vision is not clear
I don't know where to go, where to turn, right or left?
Is it madness taking me away?
I don't care as long as I can fly away.
I look at them and when they smile
I can see their fangs waiting to bite
Now I'm running, escaping, and I don't look back
I can feel their hands trying to hold me back
Their glares hurt me, burning my back,
Whatever, I don't care, I won't go back.
Why live in a world where evrything is gray
When I have a warm and colorful place to stay?
I look at them and when they smile
I can see their fangs waiting to bite
I did it I lost them, now I'm walking free
I know that where I am now they cannot find me
I'm running, swimming, flying weightlessly
Where no one can lock down my crazy ideas.
...I don't know if I made the right decision
Maybe, maybe not, life is an illusion.
I looked at them and when they smiled
I used to see their fangs waiting to bite
I let them believe I was harmless
I let them think I was defenseless
And while they were savagely barring their teeth
I took off and flied toward my inner peace.

That one really got me - it's just like i'm feeling right now, EXACTLY how i'm feeling... so now i'm asking, can i maybe put your poem in my LiveJournal if i promise to give you the credit?
