This site believes ad blocking is a good thing, and there should be no allowance for "good" ads; web sites should find some other way to fund themselves. Some of the ad-blocking software is working with the advertisers.
Along with the ads come tracking and malware, so personal annoyance and wasted time/bandwidth are not the only reasons we should be blocking ads.
