caught up
I've just posted almost 20 back-dated journal entries. I've been to Tucson and back, and I'm going to do it again in a couple of weeks. anniemal is still out in Tucson with her mom.
My boss had a party for us tonight -- took a bunch of us out to dinner at the Buffalo Wing Factory & Pub in Sterling, VA. Then we went to his house nearby for desserts, pool (billiards), and the hot tub. I didn't stay long because I'm feeling pretty burned out. The invitation said we could bring someone, but my someone is in Tucson, and I didn't even see the invitation until today because I wasn't checking my work email the past week. All in all, it was a nice evening, and I'm sure I would have enjoyed it more if I'd had more than 3 hours sleep last night. ;-)
Most of the work day was spent catching up on email. We've had a large increase in spam the past week (when I wasn't checking my email), and a lot more undeliverable traffic was dumped to the Postmaster (guess who!).
I still need to upload my photos from the trip. My calendar hasn't been updated in weeks. And tomorrow morning someone should be here from Comcast to figure out why my cable signal is too weak for my cable modem.
