ZIP says it all

Finally, an on-line form (https://waba.org/PARC/) that wants my ZIP code and doesn't need my City and State.
If you've got my ZIP, that gives you my city and state. (My work ZIP even gives you the street address; many agencies have their own ZIP code.)
