NEW PORT RICHEY (FOX 13) - After their first date went horribly wrong, a Pasco County man made an attempt to salvage the situation by putting up apology signs all over town.
Is there some reason a "news" item can't give the city and state? I don't know where New Port Richey is; I don't know where Pasco County is; I don't know where "Fox 13" is. (And there could be more than one Fox 13.)
Wikipedia tells me Pasco County is ... located in the U.S. state of Florida. .... Its largest city is New Port Richey. The county is named for Samuel Pasco.
But I shouldn't need a search engine to get basic info that should be in the original item.
