Did you ever notice that just after you bitch about something you've found, you will find more of it? I unearthed six more BoF fangames in various states of 'in progress', ranging from concept screens to finished ( Read more... )

Ahahaha. Oh, u. ♥

I swear I actually need to make myself sit down in front of my goddamn Wii and not play Bit.Trip.Runner like I always do when I turn on the Wii actually play BoF II again. Because I swear I remember so little about that game beyond the fact that if someone was related to one of the party members THEY WERE GOING TO DIE. (I kind of remembered the part where Ray died... but only in the sense that I remember the brother and I yelling "you're all a bunch of Ray-haters!" at the NPCs at some point because we both thought Ray was epic and his death was totally upsetting. I don't even know. We were dumb teenagers or something and I'm sure it totally made sense at the time. XD)

Ahahaha. Yes you do. It's so ~*~magical~*~. But seriously those games are always terrible for people dying. It's a JRPG trend. If you are related to a cast character you had best just write up your will.

I think pretty much everyone reacted to Ray's death kind of like that, because pretty much everyone thought Ray was epic. I know when I told Bats that Ray was playable in this 'remake' and he started typing in all caps keyboard smash. We were HUGE Ray fanboys back in the day and we never really stopped. Of course Bats also had a fanboy crush on Jade/Judas from the first game so we might just be Black Clan banner-wavers are heart.
