wistfulmaid linked to this site where I found this recipe for blue cheese steak rollups cooked in a crockpot and oh man WANT.

Also, I would like for it to b known that I suffered for Father's Day almost as much as I suffered for Mother's Day. We went to the Studio Movie Grill, and my dad picked The Happening. Guys, do not go see this movie. It was pretty stupid. The only "OMG!" bits were when something happened suddenly, with a loud noise. But those are cheap jumps, not real "OMG!"-ness. Also it was kind of gross the way some of the people killed themselves. But really there wasn't much in the way of suspense, mystery, tension, character development, or entertainment. And the ending was very, very... well, let's just say I did a real live facepalm. And then, after the movie, I stood up and my stomach said "whoa hey there, not so fast!" Apparently it wasn't getting along with the chicken fingers I had. We were going to walk around for a bit and then get ice cream, but just the thought about made my stomach mutiny so I ended up going home early.

So let's recap:
Mother's Day- horrible allergies from taking pictures outside, when I hate having my picture taken anyways.
Father's Day- horrible movie plus tummy mutiny

Clearly I am the World's Best Daughter, and my parents owe me big time. I mean, clearly.

And of course, when I got home I curled up in bed with Sierra Mist and Ibuprofen (did I mention the awesome caffeine headache I has on top of everything else? Yeah...) and fell asleep, so now I'm wide awake. And kind of hungry, considering the chicken fingers were all I ate today. I have the best timing.
