TriRoCa and the Muse...
The root canal appointment was mostly uneventful. Thank goodness. There were actually three root canals which were worked on--I got a TriRoCa procedure done (Tri-Root Canal)!
Of course, TriRoCa is not sexy as the TriBeCa area of Manhattan (Triangle Below Canal), but I couldn't help but to think about Canal Street during the entire two-hour appointment. NYC in 7 weeks....Yay!
I brought Le Preaux de Meaux into work today, and actually started composing three new songs. One of them features heavy industrial drum loops in which I plan on adding beatboxing sounds over. Yes, I was definitely influenced by other acts from last night. It's so nice to be inspired after putting on a fun performance.
Speaking of which, I felt a twinge in my groin area last night right when I did the ridonkulous piano glissando sweep during "Gag Me With A Spoon", which came just before a synth solo (I was grimacing in pain while I was performing 80s-style hair solo). I must start exercising by doing plenty of rock squats, in order to avoid embarrassing injuries to my body.
Beer tonight. Yay!
