Marshall's acting was wonderful, as was Philip's and Keeley's. They made me cry. Never a bad thing. When they were questioning Chris I forgot to breathe.
But forget this corruption stuff for a moment and let's focus on more pressing matters. I am getting very, very impatient for some meaningful Galex. It doesn't have to be overt but please give us something a bit concrete, you evil teasing writers. I love subtext as much as the next fangirl but enough is enough already. I want them to express how much they care. Hug each other god fucking damnit! A random clinketty clink of wine glasses at the end, seemingly thrown in as a rushed afterthought, just isn't good enough. Though it was very cute.
Summer's diary entries are more shippy than the bloody show itself. Tonight Summers revealed "I worry that Alex is not focused. Gene Hunt leading her astray. Clouding her mind. I need her to focus. I need her to see what is important here. Which means pulling her away from him. It’ll be tricky. They are tied tighter than either of them know."
What the fuck does that mean???? This show kills me dead. I don't want it to end next week. *sobs*
