Old Men and Mornings
Old men: My father came out of his bedroom yesterday morning after I had woken him up and he said, "Where is my phone?" - I found it on the coffee table in front of the television. He usually takes his phone to his room when he goes to bed at night.
Later, when we got back from dropping my car off at the shop, he couldn't find the little remote control for the sound bar of the TV. I said to him, "It is around the same size and color of your cellphone. I bet you took it into your bedroom last night instead of your phone. Go look." - and yes, it was there. 😛
