My first smoothie

Err, I guess you could call it that. *chuckle*

Real simple:
1/2 Cup frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup frozen Mango
1/2 a fresh Apple
1 Cup of water (give or take a little)

No sugar, no Splenda, no nothing to add, just as it was. It actually tasted great.

Now tonight will be the hard one. I am going to use frozen Broccoli. I need to figure out what to add to that to make it palatable. I saw a recipe that had two bananas to it, but I didn't write it down. I am probably going to try to add apple to it and see how that turns out. It might suck! It might not.
