Food Friday - What a Wedding
A lovely affair, and a well known caterer.
The hot table during the meet-and-greet before the ceremony was quite nice.
The meal itself? The salad with salmon bits was decent.
The chicken was half raw, the steamed veg were over-salted.
The rice, at least, was well done.
The chocolate cake at the end was... I had a bit and left the rest on my plate. Enough said.
There was also apple cobbler, which tasted like oatmeal with apples instead of apples with oat topping.
How do these people manage to stay in business?
