Yes, her character represents a typ of woman that creeps me out...and the way - just the time Reid and Luke tried to spend time together - she mentioned Noah and implied Reid would be the wrong man for Luke arrggg. ;)
That's a lovely way to express the environment that Syl has created in her story. I couldn't agree more. I was just thinking that it warmed my heart seeing (because Syl's description paints the scene) Reid surrounded by friends.
And they do value Reid for his merits, including but not exclusively for his treatment of Luke. Syl knows that I really wanted a Reid/Casey scene, and this was beautiful.
