You built a home, create friends, -> a life for my beloved Reid - thank you!
AND you are a magician - you make me almost like Ali :))

Hahaha, did you dislike her that much? I know, the writers gave her a hard time, but I liked Marnie's energy:-)

And well... he's my beloved Reid too, so it's my pleasure:-)

Yes, her character represents a typ of woman that creeps me out...and the way - just the time Reid and Luke tried to spend time together - she mentioned Noah and implied Reid would be the wrong man for Luke arrggg.

That's a lovely way to express the environment that Syl has created in her story. I couldn't agree more. I was just thinking that it warmed my heart seeing (because Syl's description paints the scene) Reid surrounded by friends.

And they do value Reid for his merits, including but not exclusively for his treatment of Luke. Syl knows that I really wanted a Reid/Casey scene, and this was beautiful.

You've a point there, it's not only Gwen, Will, Bob, and now Casey becoming Reid's friend because of Luke but because they are people who are able to look behind Reid's acts - his sometimes pricking but most of the time his tiny cute stings he's only bristling when he's afraid to get hurt.

And yes, the Vasey-Reid-scene is so nice.

Great conv, ladies! <3

Yeah, I agree... it's not because of Luke. Maybe that's why they put some extra effort in, but I really feel Luke's friends would be able to see the true colors. Because Luke is like that, he would attract people like that. At least, that's my take on it:-)

So even Ali must be okay, or else Luke wouldn't be friends with her, hahaha. And I didn't like that 'Reid being the wrong man' stuff either, but she did have a point. The way Luke presented it to her, it was like Reid didn't allow Luke to feel what he felt. If my friend told me that, I would be wondering the same thing. Is that guy right for you? (Luke being all feelings and all:-))

And yeah...Casey... it took him a longggggg time to show up in my corner of the world, but I'm so glad he did. Now I could make my respected proofreader happy and that was FUN!!! :-)))
