Funerals are never good. We all miss those we love that we have lost, and I think that is a large part of why funerals have more of a tendancy towards the religious - even those of little faith like to be able to think that somewhere their loved ones are happy.

As for the future. Well, you are not the only one who doesn't really know where life is going. In about 3/4 of an hour it's my 23rd birthday, I'm earning about twice the wage of most of my friends, but I hate my job and whilst I'm going back to uni in a couple of months to actually get a degree this time, I have no idea where I want to go from there. Really the only thing where I definately know where I stand in my life is that I am in love with a wonderful person and I hope that I am making them as happy as they make me.

Hmm...you appear to have brought out something of the philosopher in me tonight.

Whatever the case, life is not about where you are heading to, it is about the journey you take to get there. When these things get you down, think of what you do have in your life which makes you happy.

Anyway, I shall stop ranting now :)

Look after yourself, and I guess see you on friday!
