Aaaack. Life could get very awkward very soon here. Too many of my female friends want me to go to this formal, and I have a lot of perfectly valid reasons why I shouldn't go (#1 being that I don't have a date, though my friend's bf is trying to solve that apparently :-( ) .... I dunno, I just feel like a ball of awkwardness right now. On the one hand it would be incredibly fun to go and hang out with about 10 of my friends for a weekend, on the other hand it costs a decent amount of money, I don't have a date, and I feel like any pursuits to find me one at this point would be an insult to my dignity.
Oy, we'll see.
And apparently I was wrong about the first paragraph of my last entry, but somehow I stil think I'm right. Either way, the intent is true.
