We went to see Valkyrie tonight.

First... since when did going to the movies become the hip thing to do on Christmas? Seriously. Valkyrie was packed, and the line for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button extended around the full inside of the theatre.

( Second... cut for spoilers, because let's face it, we don't all know the assassination attempt failed... Oh. Ooops. )

We went to see Seven Pounds and Twilight today... Both good movies. The critics panned Seven Pounds, but we liked it, despite figuring it out about twenty minutes into the movie. Well, there's lots to cover today... see, it's Sunday, so that means the list of things I'm looking forward to this week... football... hockey... and I'm in Washington, so there's also trip news. And I felt inclined to make a list of movies to be seen, because damn there are a lot of movies coming out between now and the new year!
