I made some potatoes for during the week... I also made chicken fajitas, with a marinade of lemon juice, lime juice, and tequila. They were very tasty with some refried beans, sour cream and cheese on whole wheat flour tortillas. I have leftovers for dinner tomorrow ( Read more... )

Our office always has a big Holiday Party in New York City... but it's a business party almost, since we invite all our clients, and it's a lot of schmoozing that gose on. First, on wrestling. I'm going to post the semblance of Armageddon recap here... and I think I'm going to delete the wrestling_101 community. It seems to be somewhat... unused, and I am not a very good mod as I am learning. I have no idea how to keep a community active, as evidenced by the_sin_bin and the aforementioned wrestling_101 and 101kinks. *le sigh*
