depressing. it's the end of the semester everywhere. at wac. everywhere. the classes i woulda been taking, i'd be finishing now. immunology. others. (that, and i'd have finished my classes from the semester before, instead of withdrawing from then and losing a whole damn semester's worth of work). i feel so pathetic. i've been sitting in my house

I've been there, baby. In that exact place. I know you know that. When I left WAC, I felt the same way. It was so hard to see everyone finishing up the semester and moving on, all excited to be going back home for the summer and then back to WAC again in the fall. After I left, I stayed in bed for god knows how long. I was a mess. Remember, I withdrew too. And I'm a little more than a semester behind now. And its not that big of a deal. You needed to take care of you, and I know that leaving makes people feel inadequate, but you have to understand that that isnt true.

You havent lost the respect of people. And if, in fact, you have, they arent worth it anyway because they have no idea how you feel. Ignorant people are useless to you. Don't let that get you down.

You are still driven. If you weren't, you wouldn't be feeling like crap about meeting expectations. You simply wouldn't care if you weren't driven.

everyone loses things/people in their lives. Heh, look at me right now as an example. But you have to remember that you gain friendships too. And you still have me. And I still have you. We're each other's support beams. You hold me up when I break at the bend, and I hold you up when you do. Kindred spirits. Remember that. I love you with all my heart. As much as I say that Ken had this huge part of my heart that he ripped away, you have a huger part of my heart. And if you were gone, I dont know what I would do. I'd have nothing left. You mean more to me than anything else in the world. Stop crying, you silly goose. I love you. :)

You are a beautiful, amazing, strong woman. You are such an amazing friend. I love you a whole lot. People who dont see you for who you are are kidding themselves. You care about people so much. And people care about you too. We're both at low points in our lives right now. But it is going to get better. As long as we have each other, that is.

If I could make you stop hurting I would. I would take all your pain in addition to mine if it meant that you would be happy. You know that that is true. I love you.
