Yesterday was the first full day I consumed no dairy, no wheat, and I have to report, my stomach was reallllly good last night. The first time in forever. SO, I'm gonna say it's the wheat, though my experiment is not over. Yesterday, my food consisted of a home made smoothie for breakfast, V8 for a snack, chicken salad for lunch, and an egg and hashbrown for dinner. I'm even eating a heaping teaspoon of fresh ginger root. I read it aides the digestion system. So far, so good. Yay!
