Honestly, nothing was wrong with the smash Nintendo showing but they weren't openly better than Microsoft/Bethesda. Ubi and Square kind of existed (though they each had a few things I was hype for), Sony was a gong show and EA is always worst in show and this year was no different.
If I were to declare a "winner", it would probably be Microsoft merely for quantity, since Bethesda and Nintendo matched them on the quality front. Nintendo and Bethesda have a hard tie between them, since between Daemon X Machina and Doom: Eternal I'm hype as fuck.
