So, it was the UKA Championship/Worlds Trials this weekend. Which meant a chance to see how good/bad/indifferent form our Berlin potentials are in.

But mostly, it was so Jess could come and beat everyone at their own game. Good times!

- Kelly's WOEFUL start to the heptathlon;
