Flat situation update

Been on the phone to the landlady and they're happy for me to stay if I can find a flatmate (with referrences and deposit etc) who can pay the rent up front from when they move in.
All I need is a nice person to move in to a cute 2 person flat next to Old Town in Newington, across from Tesco Metro. The location is ideal for anyone ^_-
