Flatmate wanted (corrected again)
Yeah yeah yeah, I haven't posted in ages and this doesn't count, but I figured I'd use "teh interweb" for something more than posting my boring, everyday life that no-one really cares to know. So here goes:
Flatmate needed.
Quaint 2 bedroom flat on Nicolson Street. Less than a minute from Tesco Metro, Farmfoods and other great big cheap food stores. Across the road from hundreds of fantastic charity shops, but on rear of building so with no traffic noise.
5mins from Cowgate, 10mins from Princes St (roughly). Room is fair sized with furniture provided, single (but can have 2 single) bedded.
Who will you be living with? Sadly, me :p
I'm usually good at washing up and cleaning if provoked. I make very little mess (unless I'm cooking for me and Wendy, my girlfriend who doesn't live in the same flat, btw), and the only annoyance you'll get from me is my guitar playing, singing while doing random stuff, and the odd bugging about phone bills as they're on my account.
Oh, did I mention high bandwidth constant broadband already installed? I'm posting from home while playing Eve Online. Damn good fps...
So yeah, there's the package. Sign up your soul for a meagre £260 per month. Electricity is by card but comes out around 10-15 pounds per month each and sometimes less. There's something about council tax, being that I'm currently on JSA and can't help atm, but should get a job soon™. If you're in a similar situation, this would make things easier.
