argh
so, this was supposed to be my weekend off. i was gonna leave friday night after work, go up north w/ amanda, and not come home until tuesday afternoon to go back to work. well, i get to work today, and they've got me working this weekend!!! >:o apparently marcus(who is usually on this weekend)didn't pass his drug test - which violated his probation...and on top of that, it means that he got fired. sooo they're short a person. PLUS, kendra (usually cooks on this weekend for evenings) has to cook in the morning, so everyone is getting bumped to a different number, and this i where i come in. i am pretty ticked off, but theres nothing i can do about it. cuz i missed one of my weekends a while back, and i never made it up...soo i guess Bea decided that i needed to do it...it just makes me mad that they just scheduled me before they even talked to me. but whatever. i definitely have 9 days for the pay period which is only 14 days. yeah...its special. at least i get paid good, otherwise i would be REALLY not happy about this. i just figured it out on the calculator and my paycheck is gonna be $420 before taxes...soo roughly like $370ish after taxes. thats pretty sweet...except for the taxes part. but hey, what can ya do? as bummed as i am that i can't go up north, maybe this happened for a reason. b/c i have to read a whole book and do a project by next friday...soo this weekend will give me a little time to catch up w/ school. AND my mom & i are gonna go to costco on saturday & i get to get a TV/vcr for my room :-) b/c i'm doing these aerobics tapes (haha...i know, but they work!!) aaand i don't like doing it in the middle of the living room...soo ya know...and this way i can watch movies in bed and i'm excited...lol. plus, i get to pick out the laundry detergent and we all know how obsessed i am w/ laundry....it's pretty sad actually...lol...oh well..i don't care...my bed & my clothes smell good and thats all that matters ook well this was really random. work was pretty boring today. and dinner was stuffed peppers :-( which are almost as gross as the stuffed shells...lol..the entire nursing home has some upper respiratory thing soo there was no dining room...which meant that we had to send everyone on the carts...which meant that i had a bunch of extra time before trayline...buut did i get done early? no of course not, b/c i can't stop socializing for more than 5 mins at a time...not to mention that the coffee machine decided to have a seizure and just stop brewing before it was even 1/2 way done...that was fun, soo luckily brandy literally had nothing to do and fixed it for me...otherwise idk what would've happened. we did a lab in anatomy today called "the fat lab" lol...mr colling preped it w/ a little speech about how he didn't want people to freak out if they got a high body fat percentage. it was actually kinda interesting. i'm 21% body fat...which surprised me. lol..i do have a lot of muscle, its just not very defined...but it's getting there :-) i am so incredibly excited for spring break...you have no idea :)

we're gonna be there in like about 5 weeks!! eeeeeeeee...alright....i think i'm done...its snowing like crazay right now...and as much as i dont' want to admit this...i don't want a snowday tomorrow...b/c
1) its a late start day anyway
2) i teacher aide 4th hour
3) we get to go see the musical 5th hour
4) we have a calc quiz on thursday and tomorrow is review...and she said she's not pushing it back to friday even if we do have a snowday...and i need some serious help...lol
