Wishing you were somehow here again...
So it's approximately 3, maybe 4 weeks until check-in week at redlands. I'm moving out... I bought my little refridgerator and coffee machine. I'll have to have my own iron to iron my work clothes. It's weird. I have two jobs down here, and I plan on keeping at least *one* if only on the weekends. I'll have to maintain my full-time work schedule while I'm a full time student in college. Oh well.. i did it in high school. The only thing I'm worried about is that I'm going to be very involved in the theater and I expect a lot of rehearsals. I'll just have to see what I can work out, this will be a tired year I think. I got my car smogged, tires changed, rotated and balanced. I got all my paperwork done and I don't really need anything more. I'm just waiting. I'm looking forward to the new people, new things and experiences. I've been gone a lot this summer, which is a good thing. I've got a little sunburn and a light heart. I'm glad that I've always been so independent, because nothing really scares me about leaving and being 'on my own'... I've been on my own for a long time. I'm just glad for change, as always. And I'll be glad for a new change next year when I go to a new school, probably UCSB. pfft. So many plans.
