I started writing this post and it turned into a rant soley for Jeff and Dane, so after some thought, I decided to post it, even though I know it will probably start drama. However, I am also leaving it open for other ppl to comment and tell me about anything that I may have wrong. I truly welcome the criticism and I am only saying all of this so

Thanks Barbara!! I don't like this lj business so I choose not to post things, but I do promise that the next time I see Dane at work I will have a chat with him considering my sister reads all of my ljs and he put me in a situation with her. It is none of Danes business to put his personal views in my ljs considering he means nothing to me. I don't get to know a person who doesn't say much at all. I tried to get him to open up but obviously that didn't work. Just a quick question tho, when does a party mean that it is a drinking one?? I don't drink at every party I go to and it is a New Years Eve party meaning I am celebrating the New Year and not nessicarilly with alcohol!!! Talk to me face to face and then you can get some real grasp on what I am like!!

It's ok to drink on new years. It is completely normal to hang out with friends rather than family, because at our age, we are trying to spring from our parent's grasps and have a little fun. I rather hang with friends than my family, but it doesn't make me not love my family. They understand my (kinda) right to hang with my friends over them and they accept it. Holidays is about being around people you care about, and if 'hanging out' requires a beer or two, so be it. I don't judge you shannon! If you choose to partake in alcoholic festivities, be willing to take the consequences that may come your way. HAPPY DRINKING

i dont even know whats going on. I just just making fun of anyone who drinks, saying that its crazy how drinking takes over people's lives.

People are getting offended because you're belittling them and their actions. If I were to make fun of you for being a Christian and having that take over your life to the point where you'e brainwashed, you would get pissed to. But I don't, because it would be a fucked up thing for me to do, and I respect your freedom of choice.
