One of my oldest daughter's friends died today. Brain Tumor. Horrible way to go. She was only 23.
My best memory of her? She was once over at our house, back when Lori was in high school and I was watching one of sockkpuppett and sisabet's classic, memorable vids of Spike and Angel and she was watching over my shoulder ... and she asked me if Spike and Angel really were gay. I remember asking her if it mattered and we laughed together. And we watched it again.
She was so very beautiful. Inside and out.
She came out to her family and friends not too long after that.
