(no subject)
I haven't updated in a while, simply because nothing is going on.
- I've fallen in hardcore like, but per usual, it's with a borderline unattainable boy that I will probably never see again in 2 months.
- My darling Julia is back from New Zealand and she had a big party on Saturday. It was excellent, and really nice to see people I haven't seen in a long time. I drank too much beer (also per usual).
- Dominique is also back from France, which I am delighted about, and if Erica weren't living in Vermont, we would be a full crew once again.
- Apparently I read between 450-500 words a minute. That's pretty badass.
- I'm reading Harry Potter for the first time. I stayed up til 3 in the morning to finish the fourth book, and I'm going to power through the last three so that I can marathon the movies in one or two days and then see the midnight premiere of the final movie. Yes, it's kind of cheating, and yes, I am pleased with myself. Also, I am seriously loving the books and while I don't think I'll be the sort to re-read them a bunch, the story is fucking awesome.
- My sister moved back in to our house and she'll be staying until she moves to California in August. I.. think my silence is better than talking much about this.
- My mom is moving out to Illinois (and back in with her mom) in August, as well, and I'm driving out there with her. I'm a little sad she's leaving, but to be honest, I'm hoping to never return to CT for more than a few weeks after this summer.
- I went and saw Bridesmaids with my mom today and I'd already downloaded and watched it three times, but ughhhh it was so much better in theaters (aka good quality and it didn't cut out like 3-4 moments and the ending).
- I AM SO BORED. There are no jobs to be had and I am just seriously going NUTS. I am counting the days until I fly to Wales.
- I wish I had money. FUCK. For like, simple, every day things, but also so I could buy some books. I haven't bought books since January. THAT IS TOO LONG.
