More reasons I hate Spirit...
When reviewing my credit card statement this month, I discovered that Spirit charged me $10 on the day I was supposed to fly with them. Of course, I was no where near s Spirit airplane on that day b.c I missed my flight b.c of their incompetence.
I called to ask about the charge. They deny its existence (although the credit card company does not). To have the Spirit accounting dept investigate it, I must fax a copy of my credit card statement to a long-distance, non-toll free number. They can not tell me how long such an investigation might take. "Weeks? Months? Years?" I asked. "I really could not say," the woman (Susan, # 51256 replied).
