- I got released from the medical centre which is all very good, though that very afternoon i was purging again...so not so good. But I vow I will not purge (or binge) over this weekend. I'm terrifyed, I hate weekends, but if i can do this, i can do anything.
Today I did better I guess, this was intake
- Banana and small orange - 160 cals
- Pj smoothie (100% pure fruit) banana and strawberry 500ml - 270 cals
- Nestle Sveltesse 0% yogurt strawberry - 67 cals
- Total = 497
So i pretty much had 500 cals today, thats quite alot, but then again I have to get better from the recent sickness, my body needed the energy...But it was healthy non-fat calories, so I'm happy about that...Its been a very fruity day, in a good way. I've made a weekend plan to hopefully get me through. I really hate weekends, but for a positive new idea on weekends, my plan will start tomorrow, friday. The foods i can eat are fruit and smoothie's
My weekend plan
- Friday - 1 piece of fruit (orange, apple or banana) + Fruit smoothie 125ml (123cals)
- Saturday - 1 piece of fruit (orange, apple or banana) + Fruit smoothie 125ml (123cals)
- Sunday - Fruit smoothie (137cals)
Regulations and exceptions of plan
- 1 litre of water each day daily min.
- 3-4 diet pills daily
- 2-3 servings of green tea daily min.
- Dried cranberries and bluberries if needed, half a serving -55cals
- 1 piece of dry toast, whole grain, no crusts, allowed if suspicious of not eating enough arise
- Maximum calorie intake 500cals (not too high really)
- Minimun calorie intake 100cals (to stop getting sick again)
After all the stuff i've eaten lately, I have no idea how I am still 96-97lbs, I am but i feel so huge, but I have to eat, I have to not purge, I have to get well so I can fast again. This plan should be easy, It really should be, but I know its going to be difficult, I just feel like i want to eat and eat and eat, I'm just so hungry all the time at the moment. ARgh
