Hosting Plans w/ Domain

I am looking for good hosting plans that come with a domain. If anyone knows of any good ones that are cheap. I'd like to know about it.

So far, this is the cheapest one I've found that seems good but i don't know if it is or not. So if you know about these things, can you tell me if it's good or not: HostMonster.
