ARRRGGGGGGhhhhhh....I had to retype this again!
So at lunch I got a call from Nick, he's taken dinky to the vet and they were operating on him.
To give some background; about a year ago Dinky had his teeth, those behind his canine, removed. Well apaerantly there had been a bit of a molar left behind and as of recently it had been trying to work it's way out....giving Dinky a hard time in the process. So they drugged him up today, removed it, and then I got to pick him up and take him home after work.
When I went to get him the gal knew exactly what I'd come for and commented on how such a sweet kitty he had been, he was really cuddly...and how she didn't even know he was there when she got back from lunch cause he was being so quiet.
So I got him home and let him out....poor thing was woozy stumbling, but really purring and wanting attention.
But then I immediately noticed he seemed swollen right behind his right foreleg! Is this normal after surgery?
It appears like fatty tissue right behind his right foreleg...except this is one of the leanest cats in existence...and fatty tissue tends to be in front of the hind legs. Although I guess it doesn't really matter since Nick called the vets back to bring Dinky back tomorrow to see the doc, but I was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen?
And just so it's not boring text!
Don't let the grumpy expression fool you this is one sweet, adorable, trouble making blue.
