<--Omg, that's huge! Goofy
Oookaaay. That ended up bigger than I thought it was going to be... I got really lazy with this and said, "I don't care if it's not 50 x 100, I just want a piccy to post." And now I hate it. Oh well~.
Anyway, let's get on topic, shall we? And what is that topic, you ask? Well, more of my antics, worries, and general ongoings. So yeah....Oh yeah! Let's start with Thursday of last week.
So, Thursday I was driving home on the 405 at about 5:00pm, and traffic slowed to a crawl. I sat there and let my mind wander from, "Crap, I hate traffic," to this nifty little diddy that rapidly developed into a song. And it was better than anything else I had ever tried to write with the intention of singing later so I really didn't want to forget it. I can only imagine how I must've looked as I was fighting my backpack to cough up my notebook and pen so that I could jot it down. And to heighten my probability of getting into an accident (by now traffic was clearing up and beginning to move pretty fast) I placed my notebook on my steering wheel, held it in place with my thumb and forefinger (this is actually pretty hard to do), and wrote it down with my "free" hand. DO NOT DO AS I DO~! All danger aside, I guess I've got a pretty good "first song" going since no one said it was awful, like I expected them too. *whew*
On Friday I finally went back to work. I was so happy! And I kind of expected to get scolded or reprimanded, because I felt bad for not being there in two months....or was it three (=_=), but Mr. Chu treated me like I had never left. Sometimes it's unnerving how mellow he is...(o.o) Anyway, after work I went to go drop off the USPS packages and picked up Chris, since he was on the way to the post office, and we planned to "jam" afterwards. While we're at the post office I get a call from Kelly who says she wants to eat at Shisen and will buy me dinner. YAY~! Thanks Kel-kel~!
Now, for my first tangent; I like to blatantly abuse the use of tildas. So sue me.
Back on track. So from Shisen we go to Chris's place where he teaches me more guitar tricks and Kelly and Tony play Gears of War. We did this for a good couple of hours before we decided to head over to Fullerton, where Tony works, and drop stuff off there. We ended up fooling around over there as well and shot off Tony's air soft pistol. I ended up shooting pretty well, kinda surprised myself. And Tony gave me a new cover for my phone. Thanks Tony~! So after all that then we get back to Chris's where Kelly and I decide to head home. Yay, for fun!
so yeah, running out of time so here's the basic run through of the rest of the stuff I did:
Hung out with Chelsea, Allen, Brendel, and Jose at In-N-Out, played BRAWL, had to deal with a racist son-of-a-bitch at work, and am now currently wondering how I'm going to get all the things I need to get done, done.
Later days~ all!
