 I do really well with the whole staying on points/eating thing until dinner/night time and then I go crazy. DANGIT. Any tips or ideas to curb that? I mean the only thing I can think of is staying busy at night, but I don't know how I'll do that every night of the week! :)

Also, super super super SUPER sore from my workout yesterday. Hopefully it subsides so I can run again at the gym tomorrow... but we'll see. I don't want to push it too hard.

Besides that just sitting here super full and sore. Woo.
