Wow. Still.

There's a new awesome page for livejournal called a portal/my lj and it has all these awesome stuff. Like your latest comments, friends entries, and birthdays of people and stuff and a place for quick updates. Its really cool.

Anyways... I love reading people's entries about winning. They're all so full of this awesome energy. It makes me even happier. Which by the way, I still am today.

Its funny how I almost didn't do marching band. I spent so much time deciding, feeling so unsure on if it was right for me or not. I didn't want to do something that took up so much time and hate it. But I ended up deciding to after I saw those DVDs and heard the presentations from Kelly and Lynette and a few other people at the middle school last year. And of course, knowing that a ton of my friends would be there. And yeah, some days I was completely driven crazy by practices that were really wet, or people who just wouldn't listen over and over again, or even feeling like I was going to fail so horribly. Then there were other times when things were so fun and great. Just moments. And the ones that were so mixed, marching in the snow and being soaking wet and cold? Yeah, not the funnest. But being with everyone and catching snowflakes and everything. At least better. But it wasn't until last night until everything was so worth it. People have said it in their aim profiles and livejournals, but its so true it made every little stupid moment worthwhile. It was just such a great feeling and being there with nearly everyone feeling a similar way, its like the perfect feeling. And I am so glad I was able to be a part of it.

I'm excited for the banquet. And buying something to wear to it. It should be fun. =)
