As if a flat tire weren't enough...
Last night I got home to find that my refrigerator was making strange sounds. We opened the freezer to find that most of the food was defrosting. We were able to salvage some of the meat and (thankfully) the ton of lean cuisines, which are now safely stashed in my neighbor's freezer.
So after a trip to Sears and then to Lowes, I'm now down 1/2 of my fed refund. Might I add that I got my fed refund yesterday morning? And I'm also down a fridge for a whole week. Seems that black is now a popular color for appliances and anyone I have checked with had a least a week backorder.
