Being Healthy - Attempt One
100 calorie popcorn bag for breakfast
approx 1/4C cottage cheese w/ 1 cut up kiwi
celery sticks(2 w/peanut butter)
and I have a lean cuisine for when i feel like it(only 7g fat and 21 grams protein!)
I know this sounds so stupid but I'm trying Weight Watchers(again). Well, last time I didn't really try but this time I really want to achieve being healthy by eating as much as I should rather than assuming I'm eating too much. It really can't be that hard, I just need to find the time to do my research and plan it all out. Plus, they have books full of restaurants, name brand foods, and a little slide calculator if something doesn't have points or aren't in the books. I am really really motivated to do this. Hopefully I will stay that way. Then I just have to find time to exercise, HAH! I haven't started it yet but I'm getting my little kit for $25 this week.
Kira is at Disneyland for 3 days so it's just me and the kitties until then. That's all. Quick bored update.
