Okay. Umm. Hopefully mojokitten will not kill me for giving up on this one. I still like the idea, but after the first couple hundred words it started spiralling into really weird, sucky melodrama, when I really wanted it to be funnier and all BFF and actually in-character or something. This is an orphaned bit of fic. I ended up doing something completely different with the original, and this scene became homeless. It's actually kind of stand-alone, just ...really short. And not really finished in my mind.
