crawling up from the depths
Results of finals are in: A, A, A, and A-minus. Freaking yeah. And I probably could have scored a full A on that last class if I had actually given a shit about the last few assignments, but y'know? That is life. I am so totally fine with it. I am DONE. (Until spring, but I am taking short term off, so I get four extra weeks of freedom. Four weeks!)
Anyway, so hi, everyone, I have not been around much at all -- first with finals craziness, then with retail craziness while helping out at my mother's store. Then on Monday I fell ill from a mysterious plague and decided to rewrite my entire Yuletide story from scratch. My brain has really not been with the being-here. I think I might have comments to reply to. I am pretty sure I do. *cringes away from LJ inbox, promises to look later*
Now that I have a brief breather from stuff, it is time for me to... get crackin' on my Sweet Charity projects. Damn, y'all, I am pretty much officially behind. Stupid school, stupid job. (Except that I love my job.) Luckily, I am at my most creative when I have deadlines breathing down my neck. When's the 31st again? Ahaha.
"A Very Supernatural Christmas" made my weekend. Rewatching episodes of Wonderfalls made the rest of it, even though it mainly just makes me want to rewatch Pushing Daisies. Oh, Lee Pace. Also, I talked my mother into buying the rest of Deadwood when it was on sale... I think this must be the perfect time of year for covering every inch of skin in several layers of blankets, sitting on my butt, and rewatching shows. God. I might just go do that now. My feet are so cold.
