pointless post of "yay!"
So, my day today. Is it awesome? Is it going to be? Let's look at a list of pros and cons.
Con: On an exam today, I couldn't remember half the capitals of Spanish-speaking countries that I was supposed to know. I couldn't think of the capital of Chile, for crying out loud. (I wrote "George.")
Pro: I did fairly well on everything else, and I remembered the capital of Nicaragua. Managua!
Con: I have run out of food, and I am eating peach yogurt and oyster crackers for breakfast.
Pro: They are good oyster crackers.
Con: I can't find any clean socks.
Pro: I just got an email telling me I'm one of the students selected to go on the Art Department's NYC museum trip. Eeee!
Con: My coffee is getting cold.
Pro: I'm going to New York, yo.
I think the awesome is winning. We'll see how the day progresses.
