Matcha Adzuki Mochi Pan

haha, finally made some bread! This is a modification of the Japanese 'melon pan'.

The bread is nice, but I feel that the process of making it is really very tedious - the total time I spent is about 5 1/2 hours, including time to prepare the ingredients and washing up.

Some improvements that I need to make:
1. More adzuki filling, rather than more mochi.
2. Crust should look nicer, that is, the markings should be more obvious.
3. More matcha powder for the crust. this is the first time that I used matcha powder and when I saw the whole mixture turn green with just 1/2 teaspoon, I was shocked and reduce it by half (big mistake - can't really taste the matcha flavour)
