white bread from the bread machine
Wow...the bread turns out to be soft and fluffy. Even till the next day, it still remains soft. The taste is much better than the loaves of bread sold in supermarkets, which I feel taste and smell very strongly of yeast. It is also much denser and a thick slice (see picture) is very very filling! ^_^
